Impact Boxing]

IMPACT

Free boxing: an opportunity to let off some steam and get your adrenaline pumping with sessions focussing on fitness, healthy living, teamwork and positive attitude. We will even pay your bus fare.

WHEN: Every Thursday from 1-3pm
WHERE: Body and Soul Gym, Mansfield.

Stick Football

STRIKE

Free football: join in a weekly kick-about, learn new skills, tactics and techniques and work as a team. We will even pay your bus fare.

WHEN: Every Friday 1-3pm
WHERE: River Maun Recreation Centre, Forest Town

 

Prince’s Trust Team Programme

If you’re unemployed and between 16 and 25, you can train on our free 12-week personal development programme, for the chance to gain new skills, increase your confidence, gain nationally recognised qualifications and meet new people.

You’ll be challenged to:

  • Take on your own team community project, making a positive difference to the place where you live
  • Take part in an action packed residential trip
  • Get two weeks’ work experience in something you’re interested in
  • Improve your confidence and team work skills

As part of the course, we also spend some time developing your interview and CV skills to ensure your confidence is sky-high for when taking the next step.
