Are you aged 16-24 years old and not in education, employment, or training (NEET)? If so, get involved in the activities below.

Impact Boxing]


Free boxing: an opportunity to let off some steam and get your adrenaline pumping with sessions focussing on fitness, healthy living, teamwork and positive attitude. We will even pay your bus fare.

WHEN: Every Thursday from 1-3pm
WHERE: Body and Soul Gym, Mansfield.

Stick Football


Free football: join in a weekly kick-about, learn new skills, tactics and techniques and work as a team. We will even pay your bus fare.

WHEN: Every Friday 1-3pm
WHERE: River Maun Recreation Centre, Forest Town


Mentoring and personal support

Do you have reasons that stop you from looking for work or education? Can we help with those? Do you want to get into work but are not sure how to? Do you feel stuck in a rut and don’t know how to get out? Do you need help to build your confidence and motivation? Do you want help writing your CV and applying for jobs?

Employability training

Are you interested in some free, exciting, alternative, training to support you to become work ready? Have you tried other courses but found they’re not quite right for you? If yes, we have these options available.


  • To improve motivation and confidence towards employment/education.
  • To improve behaviour and communication skills.
  • To improve job search and application skills.
  • To identify and agree a realistic career path and set SMART targets to achieve this.
  • To write a CV.

  • To improve understanding of the work place and employer expectations.
  • To improve their ability to manage problems/conflict within the workplace.
  • To reinforce the importance of good timekeeping and learning how to travel plan.

  • To challenge negative attitudes about immigrant workers and to promote equality and tolerance of diversity.

Prince’s Trust team programme

If you’re unemployed and between 16 and 25, you can train on our free 12-week personal development programme, for the chance to gain new skills, take a qualification and meet new people.

You’ll be challenged to:

  • Take on your own team community project, making a positive difference to the place where you live
  • Take part in an action packed residential trip
  • Get two weeks’ work experience in something you’re interested in
  • Develop your English and maths skills

As part of the course, we also spend some time developing your interview and CV skills to ensure your confidence is sky-high for when taking the next step.
