WHO ARE WE?
The Inspire and Achieve Foundation (IAF) helps disadvantaged young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) overcome barriers, find their motivation and progress into employment or education.
Our youth workers use a combination of outreach and mentoring to affect positive change in young people’s lives.
OUR PROJECTSWHY ARE WE NEEDED?
We aim to eradicate youth unemployment in deprived local communities and support the rehabilitation and progression of young people who have had a tough start in life.
Many of the young people we support have barriers such as addiction, homelessness, poor mental health, teenage pregnancy, abuse, have grown up in care, have learning difficulties, criminal records and/or have been bullied.
